By registering as a member, purchasing any donation package, accessing the platform, or participating in any Maxxbucks-related activity, you (“Member,” “User,” or “Participant”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using or participating in the Maxxbucks platform.

2. Nature and Purpose of the Organization

Maxxbucks is a membership-based community organization that promotes generosity, collaboration, and financial empowerment through voluntary participation. The primary purposes of Maxxbucks are to:

• Provide financial assistance and incentive-based rewards to active contributors.
• Expand awareness, usage, and community introduction of the organization’s token through participation and referrals.

Members may voluntarily contribute by purchasing donation packages. In return, they may become eligible for cashback rewards as a form of appreciation for supporting and promoting the organization.

Important Clarifications:

• Maxxbucks does not offer or sell investments, securities, or financial products.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and based on goodwill contributions.
• Cashback, bonuses, and rewards are not guaranteed profits and should not be interpreted as investment returns.

3. Membership Eligibility

To become and remain a member of Maxxbucks, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information;
• Agree not to engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.

Maxxbucks reserves the right to suspend, reject, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Donation Packages, Cashback, and Reward Structure

4.1 Donation Packages

• Members may choose from various donation tiers, each associated with specific cashback percentages and participation benefits.
• All donations are final and non-refundable.
• Donation packages represent voluntary support for the organization’s mission and token expansion.

4.2 Cashback Rewards

• Members may earn cashback rewards of 50%, 75%, or higher, depending on the donation package, participation level, system conditions, and referral activity.
• Cashback is calculated automatically based on valid and recorded activities within the platform.
• Rewards are incentive-based and not guaranteed.

4.3 Team and Network Rewards

• Members may earn additional bonuses ranging from 12% to 24% through their network activities, up to 12 unilevels deep.
• The reward structure may be modified at any time to ensure sustainability, fairness, and regulatory compliance.

5. Cashback Cap, Reactivation, and Sustainability Policy

To promote fairness and long-term sustainability, Maxxbucks enforces a maximum cashback limit.

5.1 Cashback Cap

Once a member has received total cashback equivalent to 300% of their original donation amount, all reward earnings shall automatically stop.

This includes the termination of:

• Direct referral bonuses,
• Unilevel or team bonuses, and
• The 1% daily reward, whether earned independently or combined with other rewards.

If a member is earning solely from the 1% daily reward, this reward will also cease upon reaching the 300% cashback limit.

5.2 Reactivation Requirement

To regain eligibility for rewards, the member must reactivate their account by making a new voluntary donation, which may be:

• The same amount as the previous donation, or
• A higher or next-tier donation under the current program.

Reactivation signifies renewed voluntary support for the organization and continued participation in its mission.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Maxxbucks does not guarantee income, profits, or fixed returns.

All cashback and rewards depend on:

• Individual participation and effort,
• Referral and network performance, and
• Overall community growth and system sustainability.

Maxxbucks is not an investment platform, trading program, or passive income scheme. Members participate at their own discretion and risk.

7. Modification of Terms

Maxxbucks reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering, donating, or participating in any Maxxbucks activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
